Hello

I have been coaching and consulting for most of my professional career – Only recently did I formalize it when I started my firm, Stamer Coaching & Consulting, in 2018. Since 2002, I have been coaching startup founders, entrepreneurs, and innovators as the director of the Weiss Tech House, the University of Pennsylvania’s entrepreneurship hub. I’ve seen ideas that never get started. I’ve seen projects fail and be forgotten. I’ve seen founders who came in with a dream leave with hundreds of thousands in funding for their now-thriving startups.

I wanted to act as an accessible coach and consultant for anyone with a dream. Entrepreneurs face challenges such as lack of funding and capital, cash flow management, self-doubt, imposter syndrome, and the risk of leaving their day jobs. They are motivated by independence, a fear of complacency, a good challenge, and the sense of achievement that comes with having created something disruptive. Observing this made me want to create something for all founders, from the unprepared to the seasoned veterans – that something would end up being Stamer Coaching & Consulting.

Stamer Coaching & Consulting, in many ways, is that dream for me. The founders I have worked with have taught me countless lessons about what it takes to start your own firm and make it successful, and now I want to give that back to people like them. In the coming years, as the world battles climate change, social injustice, and the economic repercussions of a global pandemic, we will need innovation more than ever. I’m here to help make the people who will supply that innovation for us.
